A rare Irish giltwood Wall Mirror, c. 1760, by Francis & John Booker, Essex Bridge, Dublin, with fragment of original label, the egg and dart moulded triangular divided pediment with a central urn above a fluted frieze and a relief panel depicting a lion mask issuing oak leaves and acorns on a mirror panel inside a banded border flanked with two impressive columns with Corinthian capitals and two small rectangular mirror panels below flanked with fish scale moulded corbels, 72" x 36" (183cms x 91cms). Somerville c. 1906, 'The A.B.C. of Hunting', a magnificent full set of the famous alphabet of hunting in 20 coloured prints, each approx. 53cms x 43 cms (21" x 17") overall, attractively framed with illustration, description and initial letter. Anderson Paisley - 19th Century Rare Panoramic Irish View of The Boyne depicting "Bewley House (Mr. Montgomery), Green Hill (St. George Smith Esq), and another House belonging to Mr. Robetternan Esq., an old Church, a Castle and the Paddle Steamer "Irishman" on the River," oils on slate panel, and its companion "Morningtown on the Boyne," a pair both inscribed, one signed, 12 1/2" x 47" (32cms x 120cms). N.B. - Other Pictures by this rare artist can be seen at the Highlanes Municipal Gallery & Visual Arts Centre Drogheda. One a view of Drogheda from the Railway Station 1849, also on slate, and another painted on slate Slane Castle 1849, Catalogue Nos: CMAC 0030 & DMAC 0032. (2) .
